chevron_rightWhat are the annual dues? Annual Dues for Club Colony are $475. This includes a $275 road assessment as roads in Club Colony are private.As a part of LongCreek Plantation Property Owners Association, annual dues for LCPOA are payable to CAMS, currently assessed at $385 annually.

Contact them prior to making any modifications to your property.

chevron_rightWhen is trash pick up? Trash pick-up is on Monday mornings, usually by 7:00 am. Recycling is every other Monday.You can also check the schedule anytime at:We ask that trash not be put out prior to 24 hours before pick up and receptacles be brought back up within the same day of pick up.

Residents of Club Colony are zoned within the Richland School District Two, which is nationally recognized for its quality programs and student success. The district includes multiple elementary, middle and high schools, as well as magnet programs. Several of Richland Two’s award-winning programs have become models for other school districts across the state and nation. Children in Club Colony attend RoundTop Elementary, Blythewood Middle School, and Blythewood High School.
